MDFormats converts .md files into editable .docx documents you can continue working with in Microsoft Word and compatible editors. The exporter preserves common Markdown structure, including headings, ordered and unordered lists, tables, links, block quotes, inline code, and fenced code blocks. Bold, italic, and other supported text formatting are carried into the Word document where possible. Remote images are not embedded in DOCX files yet, and Markdown math is not converted into native Word equations. Review those elements after export, along with any app-specific font or pagination differences.
