Markdown entered or imported into a workspace is processed in your browser. The current product implementation does not send that document content to an MDFormats server for conversion or storage.

Generated downloads are created in the browser and are saved through your browser's normal download flow.

Workspace drafts are automatically stored in this browser so they can survive a refresh or reopening the page. They are not uploaded to an MDFormats server.

If you make an analytics choice, that choice is stored in this browser so MDFormats can respect it on later visits.

Clear removes both the workspace content and its saved browser draft. Clearing browser data may also remove locally stored drafts.

If your Markdown references an image or another resource hosted elsewhere, your browser may request that resource directly from its host in order to display or export it. That request is not an upload to MDFormats.

Remote resources can fail because of network, access-control, or availability restrictions. Affected tools show a related warning where practical.

MDFormats uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose to allow analytics. The Google tag is not loaded before that choice. We do not use advertising services or render advertising slots.

Analytics helps us understand aggregate site use. It is not configured to receive Markdown content, imported filenames, document titles, extracted text, image URLs, or generated files. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy choices on this page.
