MDFormats has no accounts or cloud document service, so support cannot recover documents or account data.
What to include
Do not send document contents or sensitive files unless the support process explicitly asks for a non-sensitive example.
For a conversion issue, the most useful report is the tool name, browser and version, operating system, a non-sensitive sample, and the exact visible error or limitation.
